Processing and Shipping Policy

Orders processed same day or next day if placed after 2pm CST, excluding weekends.  Shipment time will be approximately 2-5 days after the order is processed depending on your physical address in relation to the distribution center.

Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

No cancellations are accepted after the order has been processed.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from www.resolitrol.com. If you are not satisfied after taking Resolitrol, you may return any unopened items within 60 days from the order date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus any shipping, handling, or other charges. If more than 60 days has passed since your purchase, we are sorry, but we cannot accept this item as a return.

The items must be returned, factory-sealed and with all paperwork to ensure full credit.

Mailing Instructions For Return

  • Pack the factory-sealed item securely in the original package, if possible or another sturdy package.
  • Enclose a copy of the packing slip or sales receipt from your original confirmation e-mail. The packing slip or sales receipt must accompany the return for a refund to be issued.
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

  • Keep the Return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to Cloud Peak Nutrition.
  • You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a damaged item, contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of delivery at [email protected]. Please supply the Representative with your order number and item purchased from your original confirmation e-mail. The Representative will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Cloud Peak Nutrition will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
